The Inmaculada Concepción School building in Concepción, Chile, currently faces a threat of demolition. After the decision to relocate the school, the lot has been sold by its former owners, the Congregación de las Hermanas de la Caridad Cristiana. Its location, very near the Plaza de Armas, the main square in town, has inspired the new owners to completely transform the place, building there a new hotel and shopping center.
